Refund and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Because our wall art is made specifically for you, we have a tailored return policy to ensure fairness for both you and our artists. Please read this policy thoroughly.
1. The “No-Fault” Return for Damaged or Defective Prints
- We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your art arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., a major printing error, torn canvas), we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
- To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect, as well as the packaging.
- We may require you to return the damaged print to us (at our expense).
2. Returns for “Change of Mind”
- Due to the custom-made nature of our wall art prints, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” including if the color appears slightly different on your wall than on your screen.
- However, we want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a store credit or partial refund on a case-by-case basis. A full refund for a change of mind is unlikely.
- Only regular-priced items can be refunded due to a change of mind. Sale items cannot be refunded.
3. Return Process (For Approved Returns)
- Contact Us: Do not ship anything back until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team.
- Pack Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity, in a secure shipping box.
- Ship: Send the return package to the address we provide. For damaged/defective items, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. For other approved returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for “change of mind” returns.
5. What is NOT Returnable?
- Prints that have been altered, framed, hung, or otherwise damaged by the customer.
- Orders that were finalized with a spelling mistake or an incorrect size selected by the customer during the checkout process. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- Digital download products are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
